Rhoda Miriam, E-RYT
A native of Chicago, Rhoda Miriam, BS, E-RYT, has guided
yoga and meditation students since 1993. She is certified as
a professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher, a yoga teacher
mentor, and as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner.
Rhoda is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an advanced
500-hour instructor. She is a member of the International
Association of Yoga Therapists and the Kripalu Yoga
Teachers Association.
Rhoda also has been certified by the Arthritis Foundation
and trained by the National MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Society.
Rhoda currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she
offers gentle yoga group classes as well as yoga teacher
training. She specializes in working with people challenged
by limited mobility, as well as those who experience chronic
and recurring pain.
Rhoda is available for private sessions in yoga therapy,
guided meditation and relaxation therapy.
She created Yoga for Slow Living as a mindful approach to
yoga on and off the mat.
